Treasury Manager (TAS)

Will manage the regional Treasury function, primarily in the area of banking & cash management, for North America as part of the overall Global Treasury function and additionally responsible for the overall North America functional budget and reporting.


Provide valuable assessments and insights to contribute to the development of the overall global treasury strategy. Monitor and support the implementation of the global treasury strategy within the region and manage the cash management activities. Contribute to the development of an efficient and effective budget processes within the region specifically for the regional functional budgets and allocations. Execute the annual budget process in support of our regional functions and the overall allocations and charges to our business groups. Direct responsibility for the overall regional finance budget analysis, reporting and forecasting. Conduct quarterly treasury review meetings with the Corporate Treasury team to ensure clear focus on priorities and update on current status in NA. Responsible for the treasury systems and tools within the region.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required. CMA, CPA, and/or MBA highly desirable. Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a finance and/or treasury role required. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a treasury role required. Experience with treasury and cash management required. Public accounting experience a plus. SAP experience preferred. High proficiency in MS Excel required, including V-look ups and pivot tables. Treasury & Cash Management. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.
