Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist
Develop and implement Recruiting/sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through both web-based and grass-roots methods (job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, career fairs, phone, etc.) Maintain a network of candidates have the ability to identify and properly source qualified candidates for roles with our client companies. Proactively monitor and evaluate applicant pool and recalibrate sourcing strategy as needed.
Have or be willing to develop the ability to screen candidates to gain a full understanding of job experience, education, skills, training, fit with potential organization manage career and salary expectations. Perform reference and background checks on candidates. Facilitate and oversee the interview process while maintaining efficient and effective communications with all parties.
KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated knowledge of and have the ability to use applicant tracking systems, (Bullhorn), electronic job boards and candidate sourcing applications. Strong internet mining experience. Source potential IT, Human Resource, Accounting and Finance or Biotech/Clinical candidates via multiple means including job boards, niche sites, job fairs, professional associations, networking, strategic advertising, etc. Be creative with developing grass-roots recruitment strategies. Generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under tight time lines. Develop strong candidate screening, resume assessment and interviewing skills. Superior service mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional team work and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
