Project Manager (MD)

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful execution of assigned campaigns. In this capacity, the Project Manager is responsible overseeing the delivery of digital, data projects as well as live/virtual meetings on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Management Team, Client Services, IT/Data departments. You would be joining an agency team of passionate people, looking to impact lives in a meaningful way. Overseeing a launch from start to finish. Drive all aspects of the management of assigned projects across internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and effective development and implementation of project deliverables, timelines and financials. Execution of the campaign within the agreed upon campaign scope. Identify out of scope activities and manages change requests with the account team and the client. Initiate and manage the financial tracking process. Work closely with cross function teams to ensure financial tracking and provide regular status on current spend, alignment with project timeline and resources. Lead kick off meetings, review project brief, prioritize timeline. Manage and communicate status to the internal project team. Ensure that issues and risks are properly escalated and resolved. Ensure that the agencys project management standards (processes, tools, milestones and approvals) are enforced. Develop and maintain campaign stakeholder matrix. Initiate and conduct internal team status meetings, document risks, and issues. Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate. Establish and enforce project management knowledge and processes. Schedule and conduct project audits with internal management. Med/legal process: Participate in Brand Training to learn each Clients MLR process; Route and collect submission documents provided by CS; Provide updated files to CS to upload to MLR; Coordinates MLR changes & routes for re-submission. Maintain BaseCamp folders/Repository folders

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience in Project Management in Medical Communication/Education. College degree preferred or associated experience. Excellent interpersonal, email and communications skills, both oral and written. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Strong multitasking and time management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure, meet multiple tight deadlines and work according to demand. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); BaseCamp; Smartsheet, Sales Force preferred.
