The Account Supervisor will oversee activities for a key pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will fully participate as a driver of everyday business, developing client relationships and championing the brand. You should have the ability to consider the needs at hand while offering ideas consistently to the client and internal team to build business further. About the Job: Ensures client is kept apprised of status of all jobs and ongoing progress. Delivers recommendations for programs, big ideas, and incremental income. Handles objections well and defends agency position/work. Ensures all members of the brand team keep focused on what’s best for the brand. Actively participates in strategic development. Leads creative and account teams in the development of breakthrough creative. Ensures high quality agency output, reflective of consistently superior creative product. Constructively reviews creative to enhance its impact on building the brand. Maintains financial control of all client work (estimates, jobs, fees, billing). Spearheads preparation of strategic options, copy strategy and creative. Provides clear direction and establishes expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree required. Four+ years agency/healthcare/pharma experience. Digital project management skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to create great internal and client relationships. Proactive nature that lets you anticipate client and internal team needs, challenges, solutions. Experience developing tactical plans and initiatives. Very effective communication skills. Excellent writing skills. Strong financial management skills.
