HR Generalist (BF)

The HR Generalist has knowledge of human resources functions including; employee relations, on boarding, policies & procedures, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment, and file management.
Administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Provides day-to-day Human Resources support and partnering to all managers. Maintain employee personnel records. Educates and counsels employees to make them aware of and understand company benefits, compensation, and incentive plans. Assists in the facilitation of the performance management/performance appraisal process. Assists with employee relations issues, investigation and resolutions. Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs. Respond to human resources-related inquiries. Assist with payroll processing. Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. Works with recruitment team to streamline the staffing process by helping to draft job descriptions and by participating in the team member selection process when required. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary. Maintains current knowledge of HR-related laws, legislation, and trends. Participates in salary surveys, and analyzes data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. Assist with benefits and compensation administration. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree. Bilingual English/Korean required. 1-2 years HR experience. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Human Resources administrative policies, procedures, regulations and State/Federal legislation. Understanding of personnel and compliance records management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
