VP US Market Access in San Francisco.
The VP of US Market Access will build and lead a high functioning Market Access team to ensure appropriate access and access solutions for patients and providers. The scope of the team includes Payer Marketing, Payer Field Team, Government Payers, Pricing and Contracting, Trade and Channel.
Build and lead a high functioning Market Access team to ensure appropriate access and access solutions for patients and providers. Collaborate with marketing in the development of the product value proposition and other resources for US payers, as well as pull-through communications and resources for the US field team. Develop market access strategies to support the launch and ongoing commercialization of products. Serve on US pricing committee, and make recommendations, to ensure alignment with all key stakeholders as it relates to price adjustments, best price and other related elements. Build the payer field teams to support successful launches. Approve budgets and schedules to meet corporate requirements.
Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred. Minimum 13+ years of relevant work experience, which includes 8 years of experience leading market access teams across a range of key areas. 5 years experience in Oncology market, specifically in the US. Track record required of building and leading high functioning and collaborative teams. Previous experience working in a commercial collaboration.
