Senior Manager, Executive Compensation (BF)

The purpose of the Senior Manager, Executive Compensation is to manage the administration of the company's executive compensation plans and provide proactive analysis and advice. This role will report to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for researching and recommending agenda items including making recommendations to senior management and preparing meeting materials. Gather and analyze executive compensation-related data, both internally and in the external market as well as participate in relevant external executive benchmarking surveys. Manage administration for senior executives including benchmarking, salary increases, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, executive benefits, and other executive policies. Proactively recommend enhancements or changes to current compensation programs, policies and processes for both immediate needs and long-term objectives. Review outside director compensation and make recommendations when appropriate. Preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis and other executive compensation documentation necessary for the annual proxy statement and annual shareholder meeting. Create and maintain compensation-related tools and models. Independently convert data analysis into an understandable format. Participate in appropriate salary surveys, maintain executive compensation policies and procedures, and prepare compensation-related communications. Provide compensation support for the organization as needed: special projects, broad-based compensation, etc. Develop and implement global mobility strategy, including philosophy and guidelines, policies, programs, processes, reporting, and analytics. Prepare and present materials for CHRO, CEO, CFO and other executive review and approval meetings. Oversee case management and program administration, working as the main point of contact to coordinate international assignments, immigration, and relocation programs. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and high employee satisfaction, including Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and Finance teams. Manage vendors and outside immigration counsel to provide strong compliance standards and high levels of service and effective communication global workforce.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. 8+ years compensation experience including at least 4 years of solid experience working in the area of executive compensation—consulting experience is a plus. Global compensation and equity plan experience. Experience working with senior management, boards and compensation committees. Ability to concisely convey complex information. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain information in confidence.
