Global innovator of disposable safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) servicing such industries as Healthcare, Foodservice, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, and Government organizations for over 20 years is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant:
Executive Support and Marketing Assistant responsibilities:
Assist Executive team by offering Administrative support for Marketing and Business Development and Inter Company Communications. Converting creative concepts and developing engaging, well-written copy. Responsible for communications, including but not limited to; preparing letters, memos, reports, presentations, speech writing and other facets of communications. Must be collaborative and have great project management skills. Responsible for confidential administrative tasks. Must demonstrate excellent professional communication skills—written, verbal and presentation. Strategic thinker, creative and take initiative.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Advertising, English or related field strongly recommended.
Experience: Two to three years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, advertising agency.
Skills/Qualifications: Capacity to work well with a diverse set of personalities and departments at all levels of management. Comfortable in a Fast paced, deadline driven, fluid environment. Self-Starter! Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
