Subject matter expert in Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Advanced Comp, Benefits and Payroll. Update Business Process Configuration. Assign and maintain Security. Create advanced reports/dashboards. Assist with the creation of test scripts and the documentation of test scenarios. Perform end to end testing: Business Process, Integrations, Reports, Security. Assist the Functional Team Leads with reviewing upcoming changes delivered in the Workday Upgrades. Perform system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and business processes are functioning as expected. Diagnose and resolve issues (end-user, business process, security, etc.). Ensure day to day integrity of processes, data and security. Establish, revise and maintain procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Develop and lead projects revolving around the HRIS system; continually seek ways to improve processes and procedures. Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Business, IT etc.).

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum five (5) years applicable Workday experience. Experience and knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Benefits. Full understanding of Business Process Design. Proven experience with reporting and analytics. Strong written and oral communication skills. Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
