HR Manager (BF)
Job Location: Morristown, NJ
Seeking an HR Manager who has experience in the areas of benefits, compensation, compliance and reporting. Reports to the Dir. HR.
Handle all compliance aspects of benefits administration. Responsible for annual renewal and open enrollment process, which includes heavy data analysis in Excel and project management. o Point of contact for complex benefits issues/questions and health insurance broker. Oversee Benefits Coordinator and day-to-day benefits administration. Manage the implementation of new benefits administration portal Provide oversight for complex FMLA issues and backup coverage for Leave Specialist. Ensure all Corporate records are accurately maintained and process all changes including; salary adjustments, title changes, enter new hires, process terminations, etc. Maintain PTO Excel report on an ongoing basis and refresh annually. Responsible for design and implementation of new online performance management module. Maintain minimum wage chart for all states/counties we service. Process all union contract pay adjustments and new hire reporting. Manage the annual EE0-1 Report. Handle all compliance related inquiries. Responsible for all reporting and data requests from auditors. Maintain HR department metrics, such as, turnover, recognition program retention.
Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of HR experience. High proficiency with Excel, including knowledge of index and other complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. High proficiency with Benefit Admin Portals, HRIS and reporting systems. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Highly organized, detail oriented, self-started, collaborative and solution minded. Ability to work in dynamic, high-volume, face-paced environment, with tight deadlines, ability to multi-talk, manage and prioritize. Experience with Ultimate software UltiPro- preferred.
