Support HR Business Partners in managing HR processes including new colleague on-boarding and paperwork, promotions/transfers/terminations, compliance and reporting, performance appraisals and compensation reviews. Submit necessary forms for updating payroll system & HRIS system for new hires/promotions/transfers/terminations etc. Respond to employee questions about HR policies, procedures, etc. Work closely with the Global Recruitment Team (GRT) on current openings, participate in kick-off calls with Hiring Managers and maintain updated job descriptions. Facilitate new hire orientation for new hires on company overview, HR processes, systems, rewards, etc. Coordinate/track Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and schedule different sessions such as Just in Time (JiT), Crucial Conversations, Legal trainings, etc. Track leave of absences in systems and work with Benefits team on necessary updates. Assist in the development and compliance of human resources policies and procedures. Identify and develop internal process improvements and system enhancements. Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues at all levels. Perform special projects and run ad hoc reports as assigned. Research various HR topics through professional resources such as the Conference Board, the Employers Association, SHRM, etc. Compose building announcements and general HR communications for FLP office (sympathy emails, office events, etc.). Other duties as assigned.

Must possess enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Demonstrated organization skills and use of Microsoft Office tools. Must have experience managing Outlook email/calendars and demonstrate skills using advanced features of Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or Human Resources preferred or relevant experience which supports a solid understanding of basic accounting, business communications, etc. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to balance firmness and empathy in approach. Professionalism in appearance and demeanor. Must ensure confidentiality of HR department information. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and ability to support/articulate business case for change initiatives being driven by Regional Leadership Team and Global HR.
