Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A (TAS)

NJ Pharma is hiring an experienced Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A.
Provide financial budget and analysis, reporting and business decision support to senior members of Finance, and business unit members. Functional responsibilities include facilitating preparation of budgets and monthly management reports for R&D clinical spend and branded selling expenses. Coordinates requests for information and provides explanations of variances to Finance and business unit leaders as well as special project requests. Work closely with FP&A business leads to ensure timely, accurate, detailed inputs and supporting documentation. Consolidate financial P&L, cost center and cost element rollups for all planning cycles. Utilize BPC/Adaptive to develop reports data analysis and future metric/dashboard formatting. Responsible for Adaptive FP&A data maintenance (Master Data, Actual & Planning data). Also responsible for FP&A reporting needs for areas of responsibility. Assist in development and maintain KPIs including but not limited to synergy targets, inventory KPIs and working capital KPIs. Works to improve timing of reporting to key decision makers. Consolidate/ongoing review of risk/opportunities and assess impact on operating plans and financial updates. Routinely analyzes, communicates and is exposed to highly confidential (extremely sensitive) information regarding M&A, restructuring plans, spending cuts, etc. Provides timely and clear communication of the spending impact of total company decisions. Observes and shares observations regarding areas in which the various business units can increase revenue / reduce expenses utilizing trend data, comparative analyses
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline preferred – Required. 5-10 years relevant accounting or FP&A experience. Responsibility for data management and analysis.
Superior communication skills (written and oral) required for this highly visible role.
