Must have strong interactive development background, no remote work.
Partners with all discipline leads to define and document the overall scope of project. Collaborate with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client's needs within established constraints. Use project management methodologies to create and implement project plans that provide a road map for tasks, sequencing, milestones, deliverables and resource allocations. Input schedule, budget, assumptions, and scope considerations for all Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders. Manage multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams. Accurately identify, assess and communicate scope changes and their impact to the schedule and budget. Track project progress against plan, reconciling burn rate, and financials, keeping account management and business management informed. Ensure that resources understand their assignments, deliverables and deadlines and are working toward them throughout the project life-cycle. Identify and escalate issues that could impede successful delivery. Identify and manage all internal and external resources (including agency partners) required to deliver the project, as well as manage budgets, schedule, and coordination involved with any outside partnerships. Accurately identify, obtain, and manage all necessary assets in a timely manner for projects coordinating approvals with the appropriate resources. Collaborate with Account Management team to manage client expectations and communications flow and identify additional opportunities. Ensures technical and business requirements are established for each project. Needs assessment. Estimate associated costs. Build project implementation plan. Determine required resources. Manage impact of project on existing process / workflow, modify as appropriate. Project roll-out / launch. Develop project and end-user documentation.
Communication: Needs to speak with authority and intelligence about interactive marketing, what works, and what does not. All written and oral communication should reflect organized, logical thinking, be accurate, concise and persuasive.
Thinking: Stays current on trends and great interactive work and can share it with the agency on a regular basis. Creative problem solver. Removes obstacles. Thinks expansively and creatively about business and creative opportunities.
Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams in complex integrated environments. Someone who is ambitious, tenacious and a self-starter while understanding that they are a part of a team. Decision making ability- heads off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize.
