The Senior Business Analyst – Customer Experience acts as an intermediary between business, customer experience, and technology teams. The Senior Business Analyst is an active thought partner and application visionary that shapes the digital customer experience demand among the business.
The Senior Business Analyst works with project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which IT solutions are estimated and developed in accordance with business priorities. As well as: Work with executive and senior leaders to creating and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic customer experience roadmap and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology for that business unit. Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical & functional requirements. Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications. Analyze CX data sources to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. Partner with business to conduct user acceptance testing. Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures.
