Talent Acquisition Manager (BF)

Job Location: White Plains, N.Y.

Responsibilities will include full cycle recruiting which encompasses working with Hiring Managers to define job specifications, create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, interview and assess talent, structure compensation packages for new hires, and negotiate offers. This role will also provide support in hiring executive level talent into the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement an “end to end” recruiting process. Partner with senior managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies. Extend and negotiate offers with candidates. Develop and manage relationships with existing and passive candidates. Assist the site HR leaders in the hiring of their local needs. Train HR team members and hiring managers on the recruiting process and provide ongoing feedback on their performance in using it. Ensure that legal hiring procedures and policies are maintained. Responsible for the on-boarding of new employees; conduct new hire orientation. Transactional activities: scheduling interviews, candidate entry into the onboarding system, background check requests, offer letters, communications, etc. Proactively source talent via our database, social media, networking and referrals, etc. Screen and interview qualified candidates, presenting top talent to Hiring Managers and ultimately advancing them through the process. Advise hiring managers on compensation recommendation. As needed attend job fairs, college campus events, etc. to identify new candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of proven experience in recruitment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience within manufacturing or food industries. Managerial and leadership experience. Strong work ethic and communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Proactive/forward thinking. Building highly effective, collaborative working relationships at all levels in the organization. Detail oriented, tech savvy, willingness to continually learn and embrace new approaches. Minimal travel required to various plants.
