Senior Director HR (BF)
Job Location: Charlotte, N.C.
The Senior Director HR will be responsible for leading talent management strategies company-wide. They will be a strategic leader on organizational effectiveness and design.
Supporting executive leaders within corporate client groups. Partnering with client groups on organizational design. Be a strategic leader who can deliver broad HRBP expertise. Succession planning, leadership, diversity and the attraction, motivation, and retention of talent while fostering an inclusive culture across different businesses or functions. COE experience in the areas of HR analytics, compensation, leadership development, talent management and recruitment, change management, organizational change while supporting company goals. Train and develop Managers/HR Business Partners and high-level executives. Design Human Capital Plan demonstrating people strategy with the business strategy to deliver results and improvements. Be aware of current trends and have an eye on the future. Implement strategies to maximize human capital. Deliver talent strategy using solutions from the HR COEs (Recruiting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, D&I strategy, L&D) to solve business problems. Be an influencer and change management leader to create an organization that can make transformations happen. Lead the design and implementation of Human Resources programs.
10+ years HR experience. Experience within professional/financial services industry. Bachelor degree; advanced degree a plus. Strong ability to build relationships and influence others. Strong leadership skills and executive presence. Strategic mindset - ability to engage in detailed discussions while linking back to the big picture and broader vision. Clear and concise communication skills. Very organized and detailed oriented; able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
