Compensation Analyst (SEB)
Job Location: Denville, N.J.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the Compensation Team and Benefits team.
Compensation (and Benefits support)
Collaborate with HR business on compensation related issues including but not limited to salary increases. Manage job evaluations utilizing market analysis, job leveling, and FLSA. Make recommendations through evaluation of market data and internal benchmarks, attrition, and business goals. Maintain compensation compliance with established guidelines. Participate in annual Salary Surveys. Offer support for annual bonus and merit processes. Provide support for compensation initiatives. Create and update job descriptions. Support Payroll to process bonus, merits, and any additional compensation related items. Collaborate with HRIS to ensure the integrity of employee and job data. Offer support to Benefits for Health and Wellness benefits administration.
Familiar with HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Google Suite a plus. Knowledge of Workday a plus.
Bachelor's Degree required. 3 - 5 years of compensation experience.
