Senior Manager, Contracts & Pricing (CN)
Job Location: Parsippany, N.J.
This position will help lead process and compliance for all customer contract and pricing-related activities as well as support the company’s contracting and price strategies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. This positon will play a key role within the organization and work closely with various departments, including Finance, Trade, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance and Supply Chain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead contact lifecycle management for pharmaceutical products. Participate as a member of Pricing Committee to ensure timely review of relevant pricing and contracting continuum. Support financial analysis and associated impact of all offers (Profit & Loss/Gross to Net) for pricing and contracts. Responsible for reporting on Drug Pricing and Transparency Laws. Work closely with finance team on contractual issues to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and ensure rebates and other liability is captured in accruals. Complete ad-hoc analyses and projects per Management’s request.
Experience & Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. BS/BA degree with at least 5 years of experience in contracts and pricing management. Knowledge of pharmaceutical government pricing statutes, regulations and agency guidance, including solid understanding of current pharmaceutical safe-harbor, best-price and anti-trust interpretations.
