Senior Compensation Analyst (BF)

Job Location: Somerset County, N.J.

Responsibilities:
Experience with surveys and benchmarking for base salary, incentives and total cash, making recommendations as appropriate. Analyzes internal salary structures. Develop pay structures. Assist in development of incentive plans and administration. Assist with the salary and bonus planning compensation process via system requirements. Assists in the development, communication, and revision of Compensation policies, guidelines and procedures. Prepares reports on compensation related issues. Job evaluations, documenting rationale, owning the compensation end of the current role profile documentation and evaluation tool. Manages compensation projects. Develops and delivers Compensation training programs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years compensation experience. Strong PC skills especially Excel; PowerPoint, Word; Tableau or similar analytical tool capability preferred. Experience with International compensation.
