Global Card Program Manager (SEB)
Job Location: Morris Plains, N.J.
Reports to the Head of Global Travel, and will support multiple functions across Finance, Sourcing and GBSO organizations, with a focus on corporate payment processes. The Global Card Program Manager will assist to drive strategies with corporate card providers and be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of new Global Corporate Card program and assist in other travel management initiatives as assigned by the Head of Global Travel.
Role will prioritize process alignment, corporate card and Pcard support, and optimize travel payment programs to drive savings and simplify processes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for disrupting traditional corporate travel programs, have strong customer focus and work ethic.
SME for Corporate T&E and PCard programs supporting more than 10,000 employees around the globe with card queries. Help define, implement, and coordinate strategies and processes to meet the internal customers’ needs and obtain maximum value from our key suppliers. Oversee the card program vendors including all operational issues, SLA's, management reporting systems, and adherence to policy. Identify savings opportunities and service enhancements, initiate process improvements. Manage card program communications and provide support related to card program related issues. Benchmark, analyze, monitor, and report on travel spend and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to push T&E to budget reporting, develop strong working relationships with cross functional departments, and push actionable insights to budget owners.
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of travel, card or equivalent customer facing experience. Proven ability to effectively communicate to senior stakeholders. Strong presentation and social media skills. Team oriented and interpersonal skills (ability to collaborate cross functionally). Ability to work independently in a fast paced and fluid environment. Ability to provide a high level of customer service. Experience managing the complexities of a global corporate card/PCard Program. Intermediate Excel skills required; BI tool and executive level dashboard reporting experience preferred. Concur and SAP expense platforms preferred.
