Office Administrator/Bookkeeper (PJT)
Job Location: Wayne, NJ
We have MULTIPLE openings for Office Administrator/Bookkeepers in Wayne, Hackensack, and Morristown, NJ, all for real estate development/management companies.
Prepare letters and other correspondence. Perform general office duties. Conduct commercial tenant billing. Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations for tenant accounts. Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly reports to investors. Issue distributions to investors. Other responsibilities as required.
H.S. diploma. 4+ years' experience in a combined bookkeeping / administrative role. Prior real estate industry experience is preferred. High level of attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of tenant and investor information.
