Director of M&A Human Resources (CN)
Job Location: Northern, N.J.

Must have significant experience managing complex initiatives involving the integration of HR systems along with detailed knowledge and experience of complete HR M&A processes. Excellent compensation package and world class benefits. Lead the development and implementation of HR integration activities to capture and fully realize key value drivers identified in acquisitions. Coordinate with Strategy & Corporate Development team and participate in target diligence to evaluate key HR issues, assess HR integration requirements and challenges and develop post-close integration plans. Drive day-to-day execution of the HR integration process, including coaching cross-functional teams, leading weekly HR integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution.
BA/BS in economics, business management, engineering or related discipline required. MBA a plus. Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR M&A, integration and/or program management. Consulting experience a plus.
