Sr Director, TTM (SEB)

Job Location: Woolwich Township, NJ

Senior Director, Total Transportation Management (SEB)

Primary focus will be to drive growth in the TTM Global service offering, build strategic customer relationships, develop a best in class logistics management team and support the commercial organization as a SME of service line. Develop strong partnerships with other parts of the organization to enable expansion of the TTM offering for Clinical Services and effectively manage a growing logistics offering as well as develop a global operating model that is scalable, quality focused, and patient centric.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop sales strategy and value proposition to expand customer base and develop new relationships within pharmaceutical supply chains. Provide effective leadership to meet or exceed the financial goals of ‘Client’ Service Line. Responsible for budget or the total service line. Oversees sourcing resources and create strategies to manage vendor base of transportation providers to deliver optimal performance balancing quality, service, and cost. Partner with the global GM’s, and collaborate on the over-all Transportation strategy and solutions that best meet the client’s needs. Develops and executes sales strategies. Track sales performance against plans and performance standards. Interprets results and make recommendations for changes in direction of plans. Model and foster excellent customer service (internal & external) in all functions and responsibilities. Demonstrates and promotes the company and Division’s mission and vision. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of success. BS/BA degree in business or the sciences required. Advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience within the life sciences logistics industry and 5 years progressive business management experience. 5+ years customer facing experience. Knowledge of clinical supply chain, third party logistics and sourcing. 7+ years’ Experience managing individuals directly or indirectly. Extensive experience managing budgets and accountability for delivering financial targets required. Able to travel up to 40% of the time (domestic and international). Superior analytical and problem-solving acumen. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with risk taking. Results- oriented with strong decision-making ability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct experience as a logistics service provider to the Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in managing global departments and individuals preferred.
