Project Coordinator (BC)
Job Location: East Hanover, N.J.
Consumer Products Company; 6 month contract
Keep a detailed schedule for patching and installations as required by the team. Coordinate patching activities for all clients, blocking system activities for systems scheduled for patching. Monitoring systems activities after patching and/or installations. Project tracking and status reporting. Prepare an issues
isks log and timely escalate issues
isks to prevent project delays and/or adverse systems functionality. PMP best practices. Process improvements, tool development and reporting enhancements. Help ensure quality improvements and provide proactive leadership key analytics needed to manage team performance.
3-5+ years' experience as a project coordinator. Experience with process improvements and quality tracking.
Strong communication skills – business and client facing. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Experience with JIRA and other project development tools. Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
B.S. Degree in Information's Systems or a related field, IT Experience. Scrum Master / Agile experience
Effective time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal management skills. Strong communication and problem resolution skills. Strong understanding of process models and methodologies.
