Manager Financial Planning & Analysis SG&A (TAS)

The Manager of FP&A SG&A will be responsible for the Actual and Financial Planning for US and International Selling General and Administrative Expenses. Serve as the main contact point for the FP&A and Business functions for Selling General and Administrative Expenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides analysis of financial performance vs. budget forecast and prior/sequential actual periods. Evaluate major drivers and fluctuation for period variances and other relevant benchmarks in a timely manner. Primarily responsible for development of Annual Operating Plan and periodic revisions/updates and LRP's, including consolidation of Specialty business objectives for all relevant cost centers. Monthly review of US and International sales, marketing, general and administrative expenses. Responsible for preparing SG&A updates MD&A commentary inputs for the 10Q & 10K. Participates in edit/validation of press releases, audit committee and board presentations, GAAP-non GAAP reconciliations, etc. Primarily responsible for development and tracking on monthly basis US and Int’l headcount.

Additional Responsibilities:
Presents information clearly and responds to all inquiries in a timely manner. Identifies inefficiencies and acts as a change agent to identify areas in which the business unit can improve / reduce expenses. Provides timely and clear communication of the spending impact of Brand decisions. Participates in edit/validation of press releases, audit committee/board presentations, 10Q and 10K, etc. Presents information clearly and responds to all inquiries in a timely manner. Special projects and ad-hoc analyses to include Government, Insurance, due diligence on M&A requirements, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting / financial & Management experience. Minimum 3 years Pharmaceutical/Biotech or consumer packaged goods industry commercial experience preferred. Minimum 3 years Prior consolidation, financial analysis and/or business development/business strategy exposure experience desirable. Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point required. JDE experience required, in addition to demonstrated proficiency utilizing financial reporting tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Host Analytics/Adaptive Planning or other SAAS performance management applications. Professional accreditation desirable (MBA/PMP/CPA/CMA). – Preferred.
