Customer Service Representative (PJT)

Job Location: Mahwah, N.J.

A consumer goods company in northern Bergen County, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will process incoming orders from large national retailers and manage major aspects of the customer relationship.

Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders from a variety of channels. Handle returns, chargebacks, and credits. Verify accuracy of all aspects of customer orders to ensure complete satisfaction. Assist with periodic reporting and analysis.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
1+ years' experience in an order processing or customer service role in the retail industry. Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP a plus. A clear understanding of pricing, payment terms, shipping terms, etc. A high degree of attention of detail.
