QA Test Manager (BC)

Job Location: Mahwah, N.J.

Test Manager to own the entire testing process for its inflight IVR and Call Center PBX implementation. While QA testing is already underway, critical path to stay on target to complete QA testing on schedule.

The test manager must be a confident independent self-starter who will ramp up quickly and take the lead to complete the following responsibilities including but not limited to: management and implementation of planning, test cases writing, test execution, defect tracking, managing supplemental test staff, meeting management, creating and read out on all test and defect reports, track all efforts to align with project timeline. This person must support the goal of fully implementing both QA and UAT for new call systems.
