Customer Order Specialist (PJT)

Job Location: Paramus, NJ

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

A consumer goods company in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a Customer Order Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will process incoming orders from large national retailers and manage major aspects of the customer relationship. The position will have a very strong likelihood of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders from a variety of channels. Handle returns, chargebacks, and credits. Verify accuracy of all aspects of customer orders to ensure complete satisfaction. Assist with periodic reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in an order processing or customer service role in the retail industry. Strong Excel skills. A clear understanding of pricing, payment terms, shipping terms, etc. A high degree of attention of detail.
