Benefits Analyst (CN)

Job Location: Bedminster, NJ

Assist management in the development of communications and timelines and metrics tracking. Provide support with vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Assist with the review of various plan documents. Support annual Open Enrollment, benefit fairs and events; ad-hoc projects. Work collaboratively with other departments. Ensure benefit plans are set up correctly in HRIS system according to plan provisions and regulatory guidelines. Oversee the transmission of vendor integration files; audit files and review error logs. Participate in the implementation of new systems, vendors and benefit plans. Partner with HR and disability vendor to ensure proper plan management and facilitate positive employee experience. Serve as reference for team member questions and concerns.

3 to 5 years of applicable health and welfare experience, including leaves of absence. Working knowledge of health and welfare plans including life, disability, flexible spending and health savings accounts as well other voluntary and ancillary benefits. Familiarity with state and federal laws, i.e. ERISA, FMLA, New York Paid Family Leave. Workday a plus.
