Help Desk Analyst (BC)
Job Location: Mahwah, NJ
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for customers. Troubleshoot and support daily technology issues and assistance needed. Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the VP of IT. Ensure Help Desk support database is utilized effectively and is maintained and expanded over time. Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
