Senior Accountant (TAS)

Responsible for all accounting aspects of Compensation and Benefits, including related Process, Policies, Procedures, Systems, Compliance, Controls and Reporting. Be a key member of the Shared Services Group reporting to a Finance Director within the Corporate Controllers organization. You will partner with HR, finance and business units to improve all aspects of the financial reporting process.
Functional responsibilities include, ensuring all Payroll and Bonus elements are accounted for properly, all related reconciliations are completed, and all outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner. Supporting compilation of annual US fringe budget and quarterly forecasts. This role also requires strong business partnering skills, project management and process improvement experience. Lead the overall monthly book close process including journal entry approval. Review and approve all payroll account reconciliations Lead accounting of all deferred compensation plans Deferred Management Bonus Plan Deferred Director's Compensation Plan Non-qualified retirement plans Liaison with Payroll dept. to resolve all reconciling items. Support all US fringe accounting, planning and forecast including all monthly allocations Lead global bonus accrual and payout processes. Compile executive level analysis. Ad Hoc Projects and analysis
2 to 3 years of experience including use of Oracle in an ADP outsourced payroll environment. B.S. Accounting required CPA Preferred. Strong business partnering and customer focus. Excellent documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications (strong Excel data analysis skills and PowerPoint). Proficient with Oracle GL and TM1 experience preferred
