Senior Analyst-Executive Compensation (SEB)

Job Location: Trenton, NJ

Highly visible role located at Global Headquarters in Trenton, the Sr. Analyst will administer comp programs in line with Corporate and HR strategies/policies,

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise the business on executive compensation matters. Develop comp offers for Executives. Manage and prepare all communication to executives regarding Comp packages.
Shoulder with Legal, Finance, and Tax organizations as well as outside compensation consultant engaged by the Compensation Committee in the design of compensation plans, ensuring downstream implications including accounting treatment and legal/tax compliance have been fully vetted.
Assure compliance with legal related to executive compensation, including FLSA, 162(m), 409(A), plan documentation. Maintain currency with applicable employment, labor and IRS laws.
Manage and administer executive compensation programs to ensure competitive. Analyze salary surveys; research and evaluate market pay practices, make recommendations for salary structure, base pay, variable pay, LTIP; administer and communicate incentive programs; evaluate and level jobs for external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Administer equity grant program; process exercises, grants, terminations, and assist with employee question. Ensure accurate, comprehensive records of all stock plan activities are maintained.
Lead the process of preparing the annual proxy CD&A and disclosure narratives and tables.
Work closely with HRBP's and internal clients to understand business needs, job requirements and organizational design to evaluate jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related discipline.
4-6 years of progressive broad-based and executive compensation experience. Professional certifications preferred.
Workday experience a plus.
