Bookkeeper/Office Assistant (PJT)

Job Location: Kearny, NJ

A family-owned construction company in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable. Accounts Receivable. Assist with financial statement preparation, including consolidating multiple business entities. Assist with intercompany transactions. Preparation of contracts and bids as needed.

Requirements:
2+ years in a bookkeeping role. Experience with Peachtree. Basic Excel skills. Ability to function in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
