HR Business Partner (SEB)

Job Location: Morris County, NJ

Morris County area - Provides HR advice, counsel and support to assigned businesses and/or functional groups in the areas of staffing, compensation, policy implementation, organizational development, talent management, training and development, acquisitions/divestitures, restructuring, etc. and serves as a member of business leadership teams contributing to business decisions and strategy, translating these strategies into HR priorities while ensuring that groups are in compliance with all applicable laws. Provide professional support for all HR processes/initiatives, including partnership with Corporate Staffing to fulfill recruiting/staffing/hiring needs, manage BASF compensation processes and prepare job descriptions/evaluations in cooperation with regional platform/business centers. Implement appropriate business and corporate initiatives as required. Coordinate with other HR support professionals and facilitate delivery of HR services and support to the businesses/functional groups. Ensure Talent Management/ Development/ Retention processes are in place to support business needs and in line with BASFs High Performance Organization philosophy. Provide Coaching and Development to HR Managers to improve their effectiveness as HR professionals.


Requirements:


BS degree required.

10 + years of directly related HR experience.

Previous experience supporting manufacturing client groups preferred.

Directly related experience in a multi-national corporate matrix environment.
