Manager Staffing (JM)

Job Location: Parsippany, NJ

Parsippany, N.J.The Manager will be a part of delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.The Manager is responsible for building effective internal client relationships and management of managers expectations related to current and strategic future acquisition of necessary talent and capability. This position will support all levels of professional staffing across Corporate and Functional areas, including Sales. Responsibilities: In-partnership with the Recruiting team, continue to develop a winning talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent to stay ahead of companys hiring needs. Create and implement various recruiting methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.). Qualify candidates via phone interviews, video conferences, and in-person interviews. Build relationships with candidates providing them with high-quality support throughout the interview process. Owns the recruiting process; plan and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers. Engage in best practices for all functional areas of recruitment. Provide coaching and advice to hiring managers and interviewers. Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure the creation of a consistent and excellent candidate experience across our organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree (B.A.).
5 + years related experience in recruiting and staffing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
