Job Location: Livingston, NJ
Our client is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and mentor a staffing team and process. Lead, engage, mentor and guide recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle while working closely with management to drive best in class recruiting practices and strategy. Individual must be strategic in design and implementation of various recruiting strategies. Looking for an up and comer with full life cycle experience handling most all client groups, with the ability to understand and use metrics for identifying stalled searches and getting them back on track.
Requirements for the Manager Talent Acquisition:
5-7 years of experience managing an employment and staffing function in a multi-unit and complex environment. Direct recruitment experience with a 4 year degree.
