Associate Account Executive (SEB)

Responsibilities:
The Associate Account Executive will support the senior account executive and team leader to service business. Review, research, compile relative data, invoice, policy check, etc. Identify exposures on the accounts and communicate coverage recommendations. Review losses, organize loss summaries, determine loss trends, and make recommendations for loss control. Collaborate to coordinate the delivery of services between clients, carriers and loss control departments. Communicate effectively and in a timely manner to AE, team lead and cross functional teams. Efficiently invoice all renewals and policy change requests. Process all cancellations including updating policy billing screen and invoicing. Process all renewals/change requests/cancellations as needed. Enter all appropriate activities in the system in conjunction with processing. Ability to put together submissions. Help maintaining expiration reports. Proficiency in accessing all company systems/websites to obtain all necessary information in the processing procedures. Follow and adhere to all company protocols. Ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications:
Must have 4+ years related experience with retail broker. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid P&C license. Understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance. Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of EPIC preferred. Proficient in Excel.
