The Delivery Enablement Manager is a key role within our Delivery and Customer Experience framework. You will interact and partner closely with key healthcare client, understanding the organizational business and marketing needs driving brands and partners towards forward thinking marketing solutions, process innovation and continuous enhancements. You must be a strong leader of cross functional colleagues and highly matrixed clients to drive digital operational transformation and ensure effective delivery/execution.

Establish collaborative relationships with Brand/Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience Planning & Optimization, and COEs within Integrated Marketing to deliver effective Marketing Operations projects and impact. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of tactical deliveries in collaboration with AoR, brand, and centralized teams. Provide insight and input into opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of Marketing Operations support and drive greater agility and flexibility. Provide input and facilitate business process assessments, making recommendations and facilitating implementation within the Marketing Operations group. Provide input into and help manage the business plan for the Marketing Operations group, reflecting clear alignment with the Integrated Marketing and Customer Experience organization’s strategic priorities

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred. 8+ years’ experience in Project Management, Commercial Operations and Marketing, with multi-functional experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries preferred. Deeper knowledge and experience in end-to-end content supply chain process and MarTech platforms. Strong knowledge of tactical planning and end-to-end execution process for brand and campaign development. Led and implemented Commercial and/or Marketing Operations and respective best practices within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated a high degree of competence in all elements of the role listed above. Worked effectively across functions as a team player, demonstrating achievement of common goals.

Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and communication (written and oral) skills. First-class analytical and consulting skills. Strong academic record.
