Workday Functional Analyst (BC)
Woodbridge, NJ (Hybrid Schedule)

Strong Hands-on Experience in one or more modules of Workday including Core HCM, Security, Compensation and Recruiting with at least 3-5 years of experience. Collaborate with Stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance the candidate/employee experience. Proficiency in Presentation & Communication skills is required. Implement, maintain, and support Workday. Assist HR in Troubleshooting and resolving system related issues and in providing training to stakeholders when needed. Monitoring and Maintaining Data Integrity through Data Audits and cleanup. Workday Certification in any of the areas including Core HCM, Security, Compensation and Recruiting is highly preferred. Ensure to bridge gap between business needs and technical implementation by effectively meeting organization goals and user expectations. Meet Quality standards by constantly creating, reviewing and executing Test Plan/Test scripts to thoroughly evaluate the implemented system’s functionality. Experience in loading EIB’s. Identify and assess potential risk associated with requirements and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
