$120-140K + Bonus + good benefits

Seeking a Lead for our Business Intelligence Delivery & Support team. Will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of analytic solutions that harness the power of visualization tools to illuminate insights across the employee journey. This pivotal role demands expertise in data programming, quantitative analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and apply industry best practices. Your responsibilities include overseeing the health and performance of the Semantic Layer, sequencing and delivering analytic solutions, and maintaining service level agreements for platform availability. Additionally, you will ensure optimal platform performance, communicate changes effectively to end-users, and align analytic solutions with data lake evolution. If you have 8+ years of MicroStrategy experience, a quantitative background, and are well-versed in SQL queries and relevant technologies, we invite you to join our team and make an impact in our dynamic, data-driven environment.
