Our client is the global leader in designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art fitness and wellness solutions. Due to growth, they are in search of a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic finance team.

The Role:
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging your expertise in FP&A, reporting, and budgeting to facilitate well-informed decision-making. If you derive satisfaction from working with numbers, excel in using Excel, and excel in transforming financial data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights that steer strategic decision-making. Create and oversee budgets and forecasts that align with our business objectives. Generate clear and succinct reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance to key stakeholders. Scrutinize and elucidate variances between actual results and forecasts, offering actionable recommendations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to offer financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in financial modeling is a valuable asset. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
