ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
You'll be responsible for performing various reconciliations, including balance sheets, income statement accounts, credit cards, and bank reconciliation. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure our financial data is accurate and reliable. Take charge of creating and tracking performance against our annual budget. Your strategic insights will be crucial in steering us toward financial success. Utilize your analytical skills to compute the utilization of our operational employees and determine staffing needs based on forecasts. Your recommendations will drive our efficiency and productivity. Compile and track both financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly. Your insights will guide our decision-making and keep us on the path to success. Craft written analyses on our financial standing to be included in presentations. Your ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and compelling manner will be invaluable. Manage and oversee our accounts payable department. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations and financial integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree - Required. Technical Prowess: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, will be essential to excel in this role. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to convey your financial insights effectively. Experience: You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, and prior experience within a manufacturing facility is strongly preferred.
