Privately owned Hospitality Client that prides itself on elegance and luxury seeks a top notch ACCOUNTING MANAGER.

Responsibilities:
Cash flow management, financial reporting, and coordinating all financial functions. Tracking of Accounts Payable. Reconciliation of daily revenue and payments. Oversee Income Auditor’s work in finalizing Daily Revenue Report. Tracking of credit card receipts, working with sales team to reconcile contracts. Processing of 3rd party ADP payroll, Manage HR functions with General Manager. Cash management of employee banks and house safe. Maintaining records and addition of new vendors as needed. Coordinating with night audit team and income auditor. Accounting management of on-site restaurant.

Qualifications:
MUST have working knowledge of Opera software. Microsan would a plus. 4 year degree in Accounting. Excellent communication skills.
