Excellent opportunity to join an established/profitable company with US headquarters in Morris County, NJ. The Compensation Manager will oversee the comp for approximately 5,000 employees and a large majority will be for the hourly/production workers. This role will be responsible for creating/developing competitive compensation plans, partnering with HR and business partners, overseeing the payroll process, managing salary increase guidelines and ensuring payroll compliance.

This is a hybrid role and the candidate must be local in Northern, NJ. Requirements include 8 plus years of Compensation and Payroll, advanced knowledge of Payroll and HRIS systems and experience working in a complex organizational structure.
