Senior Compensation Analyst (BF)
Princeton, NJ (hybrid – 1 day a week onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to help design and manage our compensation programs, ensuring they attract top talent and align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
Analyze market data to recommend competitive compensation packages. Evaluate and improve compensation structures and policies. Conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions. Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations. Communicate changes to employees and provide training.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of compensation analysis experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of compensation laws and best practices. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
