Our PE-backed telecom company is seeking a Finance Controller to play a vital role in the company’s continuing growth. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the finance department, providing crucial data for daily operations and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
Streamline month-end closing to an efficient 8-day cycle. Manage monthly and annual financial reporting. Analyze financial statement variances for a multi-entity organization. Handle cash flow management and forecasting. Directly and indirectly oversee a 10-person accounting, finance, and payroll team. Integrate financial reporting for acquisitions. Implement process improvements and technology enhancements. Lead the annual audit preparation. Collaborate with internal and external partners on tax compliance. Manage treasury activities, including daily cash reporting and wire transfers. Assist FP&A with the annual budget process and analytics reporting. Maintain a strong grasp of GAAP and percentage of completion accounting. Uphold financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance; MBA highly preferred. Over 6 years of leadership experience. Background in Construction or Telecom Services Industry preferred. M&A experience is a bonus.
