As the Digital Strategy Manager - Datorama Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and digital marketing excellence within the biopharma sector. Leveraging your expertise in Datorama, data analytics, and digital strategy, you will lead efforts to optimize digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to enhance our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your strong command of Datorama to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring data accuracy, real-time tracking, and campaign performance insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and IT, to establish data integration, data visualization, and reporting strategies, contributing to a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Lead the development of data-driven strategies to maximize digital campaign effectiveness, enhance user experience, and drive audience engagement. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Datorama to provide actionable insights on digital marketing performance, ROI, and campaign KPIs. Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to Datorama and digital analytics, proposing innovative solutions to optimize data management and utilization. Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 6+ years of proven experience in digital strategy, data analytics, and Datorama implementation within the biopharma or healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in Datorama, including setup, configuration, data integration, reporting, and dashboard creation. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven experience in driving digital campaigns, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
