Associate Director, Biostatistics
San Francisco Bay Area, CA
(Hybrid schedule 3 days/week)

Responsibilities:
Lead and take ownership of all biostatistics deliverables. Manage and oversee CRO’s and other consultants. Provide high-level statistical input across clinical development for multiple concurrent studies. Develop statistical analysis plans in support of clinical protocols and development plans. Lead cross-functional teams and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Provide input in support of developing departmental standards.

Qualifications:
PhD in Statistics or a related field with 4-6 years of industry experience OR MS with 6-8 years of industry experience. Experience supporting concurrent studies in multiple therapeutics areas. Experience supporting clinical development from Phase I through Phase IV. Strong experience with SAS and R. Expertise of CDISC Standards for ADaM, SDTM, and TLF’s. Experience managing external resources within statistics, programming, and data management.
