Leadership role within tax department leading the consolidation efforts of global provisions, compliance, financial reporting, planning/forecasting and project management. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ASC 740 and possess the ability to interpret complex tax guidance to either assess implications to the organization or implement new requirements.
Manage quarterly tax provisions and monitoring projected ETR. Lead year-end consolidation of global provisions and process. Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the US compliance/provision team. Review of all US tax compliance filings for both Federal and State (returns, 1042, 5471s). Preparation of quarterly Federal estimate as well as review of quarterly estimated payments for all states. Manage preparation of disclosures for the consolidated year-end and quarterly financial statements. Manage all Federal and State income tax examinations. Development and deployment of global policies and procedures on matters relating to tax. Manage and coordinate with Internal Audit on all internal control procedures and reviews. Implementation of new reporting requirements and/or regulation such as CBC reporting, Tax Reform, etc. Transfer Pricing – manage migration to SAP and liaise with Senior International Tax Manager and VP of Tax on strategy, documentation, and day-to-day inquiries.
Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience. MST and CPA are a plus. Financial analysis, modeling and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently. OneSource Tax Provision and Compliance experience a strong plus.
