Contract Recruiter (JM)
Job Location: Bedminster, NJ
To provide recruiting support in a fast-paced environment. This individual will maintain open requisitions and be required to provide quality candidates in a timely fashion. In addition, this role will require the Corporate Recruiter to be proactive and creative in their talent search methods resulting in delivering a diverse slate of candidates to their clients.
Manage entire interview process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks and selection of quality candidates for respective client groups. Manage the prompt follow-up with hiring manager and all candidates. Provide sound recommendations to hiring managers to ensure quality selection of talent. Collaborate effectively with HR Generalists to achieve the business objectives and create consistency between HR and the business. Maintain accurate requisition reports and documentation of candidate tracking in the ATS. Assist in management and evaluation of vendors, reports and diversity initiatives for the entire business unit. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, internal and external candidates, and external recruiting sources. Maintain applicant tracking system.
B.S./B.A. in related discipline. 1-3 years’ experience in a high volume recruiting environment. Experience driving a full life cycle process required. Exposure to employment tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, results-oriented and tactical. Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, listening). Superior attention to detail. Superior organizational skills, Ability to interact with senior management. Ability to handle stressful, uncertain and/or confidential situations with ease and professionalism. Ability to multi-task and be proactive - Proven team-player.
